STUDENT'S BOOK

The student’s book is designed with authentic international context that encompasses the idea of World English. It focuses on building communicative competence and linking language to life.

A focus on ‘Values’ at the start and within each unit to help students think about their personal development and how they use language to relate to others.
Carefully structured units arranged according to the various functions, such as informing, explaining, persuading, and giving opinions.
Grammar is taught explicitly with grammar rules, followed by example sentences.

WORKBOOK

The workbook can be used in the classroom or at home. Through the activities, students will be able to reinforce their learning in the classroom meaningfully. It helps support exam preparation, so students will be able to gain a solid grounding in English before moving into higher education.

Wide and rich variety of activities presented to engage and stimulate students’ interest in language learning, especially designed for learners whose first language may not be English.
Activities are indicated in three levels of challenges to offer differentiated learning in the classroom.
Engaging visuals are used to help learners relate what they’ve read into real-life context and develop visual literacy.

TEACHER’S GUIDE

The teacher’s guide equips teachers with skills to support and challenge their pupils in differentiated learning environment. Teachers can look forward to embedded teacher training sections with explanations to further boost their lessons.

Additional practice notes that consist of advice, tips and suggestions for teachers to note that will help students to better enhance learning and performance. It also comes with answers to practice questions.
Comes with answers and transcripts as reference for teachers to adjust and plan lessons according to their students’ learning needs.
For every skill area, question prompts are given to teachers to break down tasks into mini-steps to help scaffold learning in the classroom.
