Since 2022, she is appointed an Adjunct Adult Educator at the Singapore University of Social Sciences' Institute for Adult Learning. She leads five workshops in Continuing Professional Development for fellow adult educators, trainers, facilitators, coaches and instructors.
With more than 20 years of experience in talent management across multinational corporations and leading organisations across Asia Pacific, she has delivered programmes for organisations including LVMH Group, National University of Singapore, National University Health System, Parkway Health Group, Sephora China, Singapore Management University, Singapore University of Social Sciences (IAL), Starhub, Swire Hotels, Temasek Polytechnic, UOE Group, and others.
