Mr. Atraju S/O Kanan Ramdas (also known as Mr Raj) brings over 20 years of experience with Singapore’s Ministry of Education, where he has led key initiatives in curriculum development, teacher training, and character education. Passionate about Mathematics teaching, he has championed problem-solving and discussion-based approaches, sharing his insights at international conferences such as World Association of Lesson Studies (WALS) in Japan. As Head of Character and Citizenship Development, he introduced the Circle Process to strengthen relationships and foster restorative practices in schools, which gained global recognition. His dedication to education has earned him multiple accolades, including the MOE Service Excellence Award (Gold) and the National Day Commendation Medal.
